Icky and Iris

I have been meaning to write this posts for months!  (sorry about that!)  Icky and Iris were born on March 18th.  They are Jazzmin and Freddy's babies, and have their personalities.  They are so cute and very social!  We sold Icky a few months ago to a good home.

We originally named him Ichabod. Then started calling him Icky and it stuck!

He is our first baby with colored ears.

Precious baby Iris!

I just realized that Jazzy and all her baby girls were named after flowers.  

A few months ago Iris got her leg stuck between two boards.  And had a very deep, thick cut.  We took her to the vet and she had to wear a bandage for a quite a while.  

She dragged her leg around, it was so sad.

On a beautiful spring morning, I took the babies and Jazzy out to eat dandelions.

“Twas the night before Christmas.”

She was born on Christmas eve around 4 o’clock...  Brandy’s first calf.  We took a vote at our family Christmas get together, and all the votes were to name her Noel.  So our precious little calf was named Noel.   She is 10 months old now and almost as big as her mom! 

              Here she is a about a week old!  She was soo cute!

                                                                      This is when she was “tamed,”  not this way anymore!

           

She looks so MUCH like her mom!
